tales.media Availability Report: June 2026

In June, we experienced one incident resulting in service downtime to tales.media services.
Incident with with video processing (2026-06-11 – 2026-06-25)
Intermittent errors when processing new videos due to the shared file system (likely caused by changed caching behavior in a newer Linux version).
A temporary workaround has been rolled out and affected videos have been reprocessed.
